  You retain all rights to your memoirs and personal content. We do not claim ownership of your stories or personal information.

• 2.2 Public Posts

  When you create public posts in the memory feed:

  • You grant Yaadbood permission to display and share your content
  • Other users may interact with and comment on your posts
  • You maintain the right to delete your posts at any time

• 2.3 Private Content

  For private memoir projects:

  • Content remains private unless you choose to share it
  • Shared access can be revoked at any time
  • You control all sharing and permission settings

3. User Responsibilities

• 3.1 Account Security

  You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • Restricting access to your computer and account
  • All activities that occur under your account

• 3.2 Appropriate Content

  Users agree not to post content that is:

  • Unlawful, harmful, or harassing
  • Infringing on others' rights
  • Spam or unauthorized commercial content
  • Malicious software or harmful code

4. Platform Usage

• 4.1 Service Availability

  While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

• 5.2 User License

  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for personal memoir writing and memory sharing in accordance with these terms.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• You may export your content within a reasonable timeframe
• Private content will be deleted after 30 days
• Public posts will be removed from the platform
